I don’t like old or the new model, we need more of a realistic models instead of the cartoony one we have now.

Or they could have done a proper job from the start. Which includes putting a leash on some of the current designers and forced them to stay true to the original ideas instead of insisting on putting their own marks on everything.

No it doesn’t look better. Male undead animations looked miles better than this eeeevuuuuul trash some anime/disney child conjured up.
Female undead running or faces wasn’t ever fixed either. They just fixed elf animations.

They did a poor job. Some of the bloody toys looks better than the player characters.

You do realize how out of place everything will look if the models are more “realistic”? How fast those will become outdated?
The answer is NO, you do not. Neither do the rest of the “realistic models” crew. Same goes for the vanilla ones.
WoW is made to be cartoony and that’s how it should stay. This is why the game is 15 years old and will probably last another 3-4 at the very least.

On the topic if current vs outdated models and animations - current, tyvm. That goes 10k times for the human male model specifically.

hmmm old models looked bad, realy bad now when I think of it, one reson I am still not sure I am gona try classic servers, due to how bad everything actualy looked back then.
wow models now are quite fine, there is some clipping problems still but way better now.

also I would hate if wow models started to look more realistic also that would not fit in to wow at all and I hope that never happens, unless they make a new wow or something then maby but that would still be breaking how warcraft is,

personaly more realistic game should be diablo if they ever make an mmo out of it, then yes, for warcraft I hope never.

Well, certain animations are improvement some aren’t. For example I love plenty of new troll male animations, I’m especially fan of new running one, but the Cast Direct spell animation looks very uncomfortable and he bends too much. I wish these were more faithful to original.

And for troll female I pray each day they’ll actually get a sprint animation, and some better melee ones as they’re way too static and slow for supposedly agile race.

gnomes always have been such abominations as long as i can remember tho, the new skins don’t really make it worse
