since the launch of the fresh, people arent appearing on my map unless theyre in the same zone as me, and when they do theyre in the middle of the ocean, is this a me bug or blizzard?

sadly it is a well known issue… all of my friends have it, half my guild has it. no idea why they havent managed to fix it yet… seems random
doesnt seem to be priority, but at least theyre aware
It seems to be a questie problem, but since virtually everybody is using it, it may as well be universal, since the game without questie is arguably unplayable.
