You won’t get to appeal, they auto reply with canned responses, overturning suspensions impacts their performance metrics negatively, literally only ecelebs get their suspensions overturned, watch the recent Asmongold video on this disaster.

Yep, I got a 2 week account ban for chat violation as well, there’s no way to get in touch with them to appeal unless you’re a youtuber (which will be corrected in 30 minutes from publishing a video.)

Reopen the same ticket and say what happened until they stop you reopening them. If the gold you got was bought by the person who gave it to you then you won’t get unbanned.
Ask for it to be escalated too.
No, my only played game right now it SOD and thinking that I’ve bought a PC just for it is even more demoralizing.
Of course I’m entitled, I played Wow for 14 years fairly with no cheating or gold buying, I’m not talking about a damn 1 month account with a character farming 24/7.

There are different levels of support, there is a level above normal GMs. Probably a special team that deal with ban reviews.

God, please tell me this some good news ?
They are saying in a round about way that the hacks team were involved, I’m not sure why they would be issuing an abuse of the economy ban.
Hacking is more like bot usage and that kind of thing. The only thing that could trigger that is if the warden software (or whatever it’s called now) found something suspicious on your machine.
Do you use a Proxy Server or VPN at all?
I use a VPN from time to time, but I’ve been using so it for a long time and never had a problem with that, so I don’t think that’s the problem.
