Hi there, as the topic header reads sorta.
Met a very helpful Warrior player, and was trying to get ready for work -so forgot to make a note of his name.
Is there any way to find his name on logs or such? (I don’t use a chat addon).

Not that i am aware of it. If he wasnt lvl 60 you can /who his lvl range for warriors and see if you recognise the name.
Or ask in world chat, maybe he reads it.
If you use puggle it keeps a list of group you been in, if not well… no

I use in game screenshot a lot. It’s a nice way to just backup a lot of things like drama and save special moments. If I find someone I’d like to contact again I mostly go back to my screens and see if I saved the name. It’s maybe a habit, got thousands of photos from vanilla-wotlk. Healthy
I know it can’t help you now, but it might be beneficial to you in the future

If you’re using DPS meter like Details, you can check old fights, may be he’s there
