AP buffs - "NOT A BUG" clarification for hunters

We already had similar posts, but no BLUE answer.
There is a whole section of “Hunter Concerns” on the NOT A BUG list, but still no clarification on this.

Why do the buffs that report increase Attack Power (Fengus buff, Onyxia buff, Juju Might, etc) don’t affect Ranged Attack Power?
Is this intended, and if so, why?

Are hunters that OP in vanilla that we have to be handicapped on buffs compared to rogues and fury warriors? The answer is no, and you know it.
Later on, we will scale worse. The numbers are already against us, so giving us the ability to make an effort to grab buffs to mitigate the difference, would only be fair.

And if your answer will be “it was like this in vanilla”, what about the fix you did on neutral cities? Didn’t you fix it, even tho it was just like in vanilla, because it was completely unfair and against the spirit of vanilla itself?
Is the “spirit” of vanilla to leave just one class out of important damage buffs? Ye, I know, we can use spell damage buffs to increase dmg on Serpent Sting! Oh wait, theres a debuff slot limit

We deserve an answer on this…

At the very least alter the aura description to be more specific. It’s especially confusing with Winterfall firewater and Juju might. Winterfall firewater is explicit in that it only affects melee attack power, while Juju might only says ‘‘attack power’’. Many hunters then reasonably assume that Juju might grants Ranged Attack Power.

Rallying cry of the Dragonslayer is explicit about the critical strike bonus being granted to ranged and melee, but is not specific about the ‘‘attack power’’.

Cuze thats how classic was. It was unbalanced and wierd and The devs had horribel itemization etc.

Classes are not balanced in classic/vanilla, but they are unique, which is much better than how retail is.
But no one is asking them to tweak the numbers on hunters, just for us to be able to get the exactly the same buffs as other classes…That should be more than fair, and it doesn’t disrupt anything

And if we can’t, just admit that’s the case, and change the tooltips to mention MELEE attack power only, just like the Winterfall Firewater
