So, I’m well aware that there’s still plenty of people doing the #NoChanges.
But with All of the other changes that have been done to Classic talents, BGs, and other catogories, I simply cannot see, why the option to change apperance/gender could be possible.
And just to make it clear, i DON’T think that it should be possible to remake/change the name, that should be locked regardless.
If changing only the apperance/gender was an option, I think more would be willing to stick with their main, instead of rerolling due to wrong hair color or beard growth.
(Sorry for the crappy gramatic, but english is not my native langauge).
“Classic” is by no meens the same game as “Vanilla” were… There’s no real arguments for why not. - Let ppl play the game the way they want, for as long as it does not impact the gameplay of others.
You mean “Patches” - these weren’t actual #nochanges changes. They were changes/patches based off (although I’m not saying identical) to Vanilla patches.
Appearance changes (Barber Shop) were not introduced until WotLK. When we ask why we can’t do that in Classic, most likely because the infrastructure for the current game engine does not allow such changes to be able to be done. It’s likely that only with the more advanced WotLK infrastructure for the game engine that this was made possible, along with an updated psychics system for hair animations and the new haircuts in general that became available in WotLK.
As for Gender change… this is an MMORPG… an RPG game. What would be RP about being able to change your gender?
Is your world black and white? How does every reply in regards to adding some random crap always manage to involve thinking everybody is a “no change” fanatic and that one change means we should add Stromtroopers since well “The mail interface isnt the same in Vanilla and Classic”.
-I want to add lazerguns and football to Classic
-Eh, thats not something Classic was ever about…
-G0dDamN #nOChAngErz! You failed anyway!!!
-Eh…?
Must be scary living in a world only seeing binary enemies. But that is indeed the winds of today.
