So i have completed all the storylines, have unlocked flying so i should have done the necessary storylines, however when i go to the entrance of the nighthold, khadgar doesnt have the quest for me, and neither does thalyssra, either there or in meredil. Any ideas what i should do now?

Hey there Sandario,

It’s actually Oculeth who offers you the final quest for this mount, the Fate of the Nightborne. He should be back in Shal’Aran, unless he got stuck while telemancing himself again.
