Could anyone please confirm if, during the prepatch if we solve artifacts, we can already get the epics and weapons from Archaeology? Or do we have to wait until launch?
Can someone answer this please?
Probably not as we won’t be able to reach max archeology skill if they keep it the way it was.

Well we can get the weapons from level 450 Arch which we can actually get.
Try the Cataclysm forums maybe?
This is the Classic Era forums, and I guess most have no intention going Cata.

Didn’t archaeology start with levelling to 90 in the first Cata?
Archaeologiy came in Cata (up til lvl 85), but I cannot remember if it was in the game from the beginning. Lvl 90 came with the Pandarian patch.

Actually this IS the Era forum, the Cata forums will be where the Wrath forums are now.

Lazy Blizzard devs used map from later expansions where the level range of Hyjal is to 90.
