i got friendly with thorium brotherhood so i could buy a recipe, buy when i got too the bar in BRD i don’t have access too the recipe i wanted
are they simply not implemented yet? or can i only buy it when i have enough skill or do i need to be 60 too see all of them ?

It was added in patch 1.11, which translates to phase 5.
Majority of recipes isn’t available in P1 and will show up with few phases. Atlasloot addon can show you that in game.
Right here, you had a half year to read about blizz’s content plan for classic lmfao.

They only mention drops but it is in the spirit of that linked post that reputation rewards only get added in the same way as they go through the patches.
I recommend getting Atlasloot if you want to see what items are in the game and what items get added later.
It doesn’t list recipes that you can’t get yet, for example the formulas for agility on weapon from the timbermaw.
