I know they were in TBC, but unable to find anything anywhere saying definitively that crushing blows are or are not in classic, does anyone know?

Anyone know what defense rating needed to take crushing blows off the raid boss damage tables? I know during tbc it was something like 494 or 496 def rating to push crushing blows off the bosses damage tables
