Each time i use Entangling roots vs a player it only lasts like 1,5s or 2s and then they fade away… is it bugged or something?
It has a chance to break from damage, including its own damage I believe.
I’m fuzzy in the details but CC and roots are subject to periodic resist checks, and players have an increasing change to break them so they won’t be rooted for the full duration. Resist checks also depend on the level.
There’s also diminishing returns but I’m not sure how this applies to roots (which can break early, unlike stuns). Last time I tried to look for info there were a few contradictory explanations out there so at the very least there’s a lot of confusion.
When i was low lvl my roots lasts almost it all duration but now that im lvl 60 they instant break
There are abilities some classes / races have to remove snares or magic
I’m not idiot. Even rogues and orc warriors instant break them.
Using faps?
Fap doesn’t remove snare. Lap does and that’s not in game until zg phase
Not only that, it would show “immune” when trying to root someone with the buff!
Maybe they used skull of impending doom?
Restorative pots?
Those things remove magic effects such as hunter trap and roots.
I didn’t think of that, good point
