Are there level requirements for ranks?

there is at least one that I know, you can’t rank above 3 when you aren’t level 20.

How about R11? Do I need to be 60? If so I will cry two days and two nights.

I know for a fact that you dont have to be 60 to hit rank 11 just cant remember what level you have to be.

It is old ranking system, but I’d expect level caps to be the same.

For a moment I was thinking last night that I might have “wasted” many hours in AV. If it was AB I wouldn’t even mind, bc I love it, but AV on Horde is a bit … depressing sometimes.
