Went to do a elite world quest in Ardenweald which gave a trinket. It said ilvl 171 on the map but once completed it gave 161.

Looks like the Renown 10 increased ilvls for world quests bonus isn’t applying.
I got mine at 170 something from there OK in the morning yesterday.
I got the trinket at 151 - why ???
my lowest item is ilvl 155, average 163, i’m level 12 renown, but my world quests first dropped from 168 to 155, and this morning they are 148 again…nice work blizzard!
Yes, they are bugged for SOME characters and have been for while.
Originally bug is, that if you character is bugged, ilvl of world quests does not go up when it should (ilvl, renown 10 etc.). For example Radium here is bugged: ilvl of world quest rewards has been 148-155 for her always and it hasn’t gone up with ilvl nor renown. She is ilvl 163., renown 12 and rewards she get are still 148-155 ilvl. Same time my alt, who is not bugged, was getting on ilvl 161 renown 9 161-164ilvl rewards and now at renown 12 ilvl 168 items.
Now second bug came after we went past renown 10. Now it shows for bugged characters “right ilvl rewards” but when flying to wq location ilvl of reward drops down again.
TLDR version: Yes there is bug affecting some character that they are getting lower ilvl rewards from WQ than they are supposed to.
I noticed this too this morning, got a trinket of 171 and shoulders of 174 I think, this morning the one item I can get is back to 155 again? huh?
Not that I have any use for most of these items anymore… the higher level came too late for my main, it makes only sense if it were account wide…?

Just had this today for 1st time, definitely bugged… reward was showing ilvl 171 but item given on completing the WQ was only ilvl 155.
Annoying as that was the only WQ offering a weapon and I only have an ilvl 158 right now.

Had two world quests showing last night that would have dropped items that would have been an ilvl increase on one of my chars. Left them with the intention of doing said quests this morning. Now they are showing as ilvl 148 again. after hitting renown lvl10 a pop up stated quests would drop better gear Iirc? This hasn’t been the case so far…
Agree. Also, where is Renown 10 item lvl increase? Not applied to world quests!
Logged in for today and now my bugged ilvl 163 character (renown12) is offered ilvl 145 conduit and ilvl 155 weapon as wq reward. So still broken.
My alt went past already on ilvl purely doing same world quests because she is offered right ilvl rewards and not affected by this weird bug.
I would like to ask everyone with this bug to contribute to the thread about this subject in CS forums so we can send as much info as we can to blues to pass on.

Thats actually encouraging to know TBH. I thought WQ rewards were just permanantly at a low level…at least if its a bug it might get fixed!
I noticed this same problem. WQ had gloves at 171, when I got to the zone they were 155.
Ive had the same issue wq shoulder 171 & the dropped as 158 & im sat on renown 12

So a world quest that had a trinket at 155 last night showed it as being 148 this morning and is now showing it back at 155 this evening…
