There’s no one that says you have to be IC 100% of the time, an RP realm just isn’t a place for people with 0 interest in RPing.
It’s kind of like toggling on Warmode but demanding a version without PvP.

I’ve tried, but they don’t seem to acknowledge my gratitude in /emotes or /say. It leaves me feeling quite sad, that I can’t thank them for this roleplay they’ve provided.

If you RP once a week, month whatever, you are welcome to the server.
If you come here with no intention of RPing AT ALL. Please go to one of the other 40 servers that better suits your needs.

Nobody is advocating for people to be IC at all times (unless they want to be)
They are complaining about people on the only active RP realm that are IC never ever and never intend to be because this group tends to also be overrepresented when it comes to disrupting said roleplay
If you even RP once a year, AD is a fine server for you - the only req. IMO is that you’re interested in that niche

Don’t really, explain it once it’s not the case, and if they keep spewing their noncense, then just want to rile people up, flexing their ego or just falsely shame another group of rpers out of jelousy or spite.
Its just… endless though.
It’s just a big, long, cycle.
I know, when a neysayer is put on ignore, another one arises, this won’t end, but if you must repeat the cicle then so be it.
