I agree. This is not okay. I tried to see if it was fixed with a new auction and no, it is not fixed. Neither my old and new auctions with buyouts/sold have returned ANY gold to me. This has to be fixed…
US is getting maintenance today/tomorrow. Maybe there is hope that it fixes mail problems for US and EU gets its fix after that.
There seem to be one in EU too at 3-4 am, I think… Something like that… 4-5 am maybe. crossing fingers
in us forum they said it fixed the ppl all get their mails from solded auctions

i have recieved back the unsold items but never the sold auctions’ gold.
I am hoping it gets fixed soon.
Still waiting on all my gold from 1 week now except for 3 items i dident see any gold.
finally i got my 740 k from mail
update Logged into my banker this morning to find 3 mails containing the correct sum of gold I was due. So they are telling the truth that it is being tracked, however it took 7 days to come through from it actually being sold.

As some of you would have noticed by now (Thanks Pérséphone and Kalyse for confirmation!) a fix has been implemented to address this and previously delayed mails should now be arriving. Thanks everyone for your patience while we worked on this!
I got 22mails with gold after the fix still can´t transfere… saying still that I have active auctions. Please help me!

Same here, new stuff is coming in fine, old auctions that sold never delivered the gold. Blizzard doesnt care that we loose items and the gold, the just send us into the nether marking tickets as resolved where the very well know it is FUBAR.
Lost at least 120k but have no actual clue as there where tons of items on AH especially ore and other stacked items
Should, indeed, but what if they are not? How is Blizzard planning to compensate for the losses, if at all?
Saying it is solved, where people clearly state they did not get the gold ?Compensation should be granted (and on game time and on lack off progress → Yes, I am a Mac user…)
I got the mails from a week ago yes except the mailbox got full and after opening everything i did not got the other half of my mails, it’s like the game decided to delete them as the box was full already.
According to my addons i am missing 40k gold that just dissapeared into thin air, and at this point i rather trust an addon than a blizz employee.
Here I thought the problems with the AH had been fixed, I now have around 70 listings that have just under 5000 days before they are returned to me, they are pets and materials the only thing that has come back to me is any transmog armour I have listed.
Edit: sorry I misread the time remaining, it’s not around 5000 days it’s 49,711 days remaining. So at this rate I should receive them around the same time as our sun turns into a red giant and swallows the earth.
