It only works if people actually invest time and effort. Which means getting killed often and a lot of running around from ghost to corpse.
Playing monster is a lot of work actually. Its not for everyone. 
And then there are the intervals ofcourse and when ‘its on’ and nobody pays attention… nothing even happens.

If you’d have to switch on warmode they might have skipped it completely because at that point it becomes a BG experience.
Without warmode you get assaulted by monsters in a place that is normally safe.
Boggles the mind that people are too simple to get that.
Too much ‘safe space’ is a bad thing i guess.

Well, since I pay for this game, and explicitly play on a PVE server, this is IMNSHO simply unacceptable. Why should I get flagged just for transitioning through a capital city?

first of all, SW/OG do not have different shards for WM/Not WM
which means, the event can’t seperate between WM and Not WM
they would have to put SW/OG under the same WM sharding rules as every other place…

I have plenty of empathy.
My little brother asking me if its bad that he’s autistic? I almost burst into tears.
Seeing a friend of mine go trough hell? I offer what help I can.
Seeing someone on the WoW forums complain to high heavens that they can’t check their mail because of a limited time event that lasts for a week? Empathy goes out the window.
Go to Silvermoon or Thunderbluff. Go sit in your Garrison.
There are easy solutions to this problem.
