Automatic PvP flagging is unacceptable!

Perhaps if they’d created a “flagged for 5 minutes pvp with zombies” type of temporary pvp flag that would have resolved a lot. You’d still have to fight with zombies but it would cancel after the 5 minutes unless you hit another one.

Personally I’d like to see huge masses of zombies storming into a locked down Org and SW, World War Z style just for the lolz. I want my nostagia fix of running into a busy AH and infecting everyone! :stuck_out_tongue:

As an edit: the pvp flag would only be for the zombies, not other faction players.

Thanks for finding that Twiluna, certainly useful to know what the official stance on this is from Blizz.

It’s not what I’d hope for, and certainly not what was expected based on what I’d heard from the PTR. I just hope that the infections won’t be so frequent that it causes problems for doing other things in game, and that the forced flagging doesn’t get switched on in other areas.

The only ewxpansion this is a good excuse was cata tbh when the world actually reshaped… and bfa partially but still n oexcuse ssince azeroth aint touch here.

Look, this event hearkens back to the original, it was exactly the same kind of inconvenience as this one. Some people complained, but generally it’s looked at fondly.

EDIT: actually, it could be a bug. Maybe people are picking up the grains in Warmode then leaving Warmode.

It is a one time event that only affects a couple of areas yet we instantly have the special snowflakes crying how horrible it is.
It just feels like some people just instantly cry no matter what.

You do n ot understand this can affect alot more then jsut sw and orgrimmar as I posted a streamer earlier doing it in major leveling quest hubs like zulda… where there’s no argent crusade to nuke the zombies.

This is supposed to be the zombie apocalypse, it should feel dangerous and annoying.

Try to relax a bit. Get out of your daily WoW routine and go with the flow. It will end soon.

Simply not true.
Most people, in fact a VAST MAJORITY, hated it.
And thus it was cut short by Blizzard. Yes that is the truth.

A vocal minority hated it and kept complaining on the forum, normally they stand afk in the city for hours anyway.
How much ‘content’ do you actually have in Orgrimmar and Stormwind at this point?
You can set your HS on Iron forge or Thunderbluff and do your auctions and aside of that all other content is not affected by it.

How do you know t hey stand affk for hours? Maybe they are chatting in whisper, guild chat, or what not, doing other stuff?

I allready told you, if 40 man raid groups get formed, say goodbye to IF, to TB, or what not. Even portalled area’s.

No, it is not unless the specifcally changed to cleanse people from theyr infection that go through portals.l
