Many players complain about being “forced” to do things. I don’t.
If I don’t want to do something I simply avoid it. Tho, yes I have accidentally fallen into a few dungeons when wpvping near a portal hehe.
So me getting infected in, ogrimmar, dalaran(both new and old), ironforge, stormwind and even exodar…is false?
I’m not saying it’s false I’m saying its possible to avoid it. Want to join me on Draenor which is the biggest horde server ? the name is Grimwa I’ll show you that it’s easy to avoid it
In fact I edit my post , anyone that wants to see that it’s possible to play as usual feel free to dm me in game , name is Grimwa and I’ll do the normal tasks I usually do and not be bothered one bit.

You can change your shard pretty easily though , just join a group in LFG , it’s not a solution but its a workaround and it works

I dont see a flaw in it ? Earlier I was on Draenor and there was no invasion at all , I phased to a different server that had the invasion and when I want to go back to no invasion I just leave the group
You dont see the problem of taking a spot in a LFG because whatever reason, and then it gets disbanded and then back at your old shard?
I’m trying to find you a temporary solution because truth be told i’m pretty sure I could go on any server right now and manage to make my way through cities without too much hassle due to flying mounts , now if you refuse anything that can be helpful in your case there’s not much I can do

there used to be servers for pvp, nowadays there’s a whole mode for players who enjoy pvp. Why am I who never wanted that, forced into pvp? just so some dumb event that was hated by a lot of people the first time around, can be rehashed again, instead of doing something fun and original?

This is not PVP.
So you like the event and I don’t like to be flagged for PVP.
You need to go the extra mile to be a part of the event. I have to go the extra mile to remove the flag although I have WM off.
Can you explain to me how this is good game design?

As I said above , the event is not PVP , it’s player versus scourge , no matter if a player is controlling it or not , you’re fighting a ghoul , it’s a prepatch event.

funny, the tag on my character the second I port to a main town says it is!
It puts you on warmode on sure , but it’s still not PVP by design

Because it’s a prepatch event , they dont need to please anyone with their event , not even me , they decide how they want the event to work and either you play along or you dont
