That’s what it is and everyone knows it’s a prepatch event. Now, let’s make an effort and put an evaluation to how the event has been designed. Good, bad, can be improved, sucks, awesome whatever. An adjective if you want, not a definition.

No, because the 3 euro was to illustrate what a dumb argument “I pay for this game” or “pay my sub” is.
By such reasoning your gear having a color you don’t like is also an argument for “pay my sub”.
From the participation in the event I would say the event is a success , the minority as usual complained that the event was going on but it’s no surprise at all and would have happened no matter what , a warmode on only event would have never worked

There are billions of flies that are eating sh*t everyday, do you think eating sh**t is good? The numbers involved in the event is not a criteria to evaluate how it works.
Unless you are Blizzard and your only metric is login time. Even so, I am seeing more people camping Sha of Anger than any of the rares in Icecrown.
from what i’ve seen in guild, and on server chat, it’s unpopular, annoying and why exactly would it not have worked as warmode only? so that we who don’t want to do it could avoid it? so you are admitting it isn’t popular?

Well, if it needs improvement, we can agree to disagree about what improvements. But one of the improvements can be to remove auto flagging for pvp people that have WM off.

but it would have been easy to please everyone, all those that like the zombie event could have it no WM on, all who don’t could stick to no-WM and it would be fine!

I personally still think that a prepatch event is important and participation should be a normal thing , after all they lead the story where they want and how they want , if they want you to participate in it , they wont give you a turn off because what would be the point ?
That is not an event… that is members only clubnight.

except this is just a rehash of wrath of the lichking event and it would have worked fine if there was some actual scourge invading en-masse with abominations, valkyrs and such, that would have been cool, but this is just a dumb pvp event that makes main zones unusable for no real reason or reward.
