The wall jump exploit allows horde to enter the alliance base while bypassing the bridge and most tower archers.
Surely this alone can’t be the reason horde wins 99% of the time but I’m sure it does contribute.

Don’t worry, that little bump at the horde base that allows you to jump over the fence won’t get fixed either just as much as the alliance bias won’t.

no one uses the horde “backdoor” because its no better than the main entrance. whereas the alliance backdoor negates 2/3 of the alliance defence.

Actually I’ve been camping the backdoor all morning and now I reckon it’s a huge reason why horde wins so much lol.
Defend the spot and stop horde from exploiting it = 100% win rate so far.

No i proved yours, your “basecamp” isn’t a camp but a highly fortified fortress whereas horde base is a camp that can easily be taken, having to explain that to you also proves something. But go ahead, if you only wanna see everything that fits alliances argument be like that.

Alliance base is easier to defend. Horde can get there earlier if they run past balinda, but our trinkets(insignias) put us right on top of flag. It maybe feels like horde is having an easier time right now, but once alliance learn to hold balinda (to kill galv first), and work for a win, it will go back to ally fav.
When I say base is easy to defend. As a low lvl hunter solodefending against 5 hordes, all I have to do is hug all my npc’s and yell come and get me! Horde base has all npc in camp below base…

I also defend the backdoor and it help tons to keep them out. It feels like the chance of winning increase a lot just by camping the backside.
Lol, u actually say horde is favored in AV? It is known for 15 years that alliance wins if they play it right, even if horde also plays it right… basically, if alliance have 0 def they lose and yeah, no sh*t!

Oh, and what about the drek pulling exploits? Imagine not having to kill marshals…
Vanndar can be pulled genuinely solo whilst even an exploit pull of drek results in both wolves and at least one warmaster going with him.

It’s not the same AV that’s been played for 15 years. There was never a backdoor into the alliance base that negates pretty much every advantage that alliance used to have.
There is an exploit for pulling van single also. At least that is the same for both sides.
Guess it just wasn’t used so much because ppl didn’t know about it, but yes I’m pretty sure there was a back door into alliance base even in vanilla

I’ve won a fair few AVs and I honestly haven’t seen anyone use it or tell others to use it (as I have stated before in other threads I had no idea this backdoor even existed before it became the new excuse, so good job telling everyone and their mothers about it I guess?).
We just walked across the bridge and stomped Vann after you guys failed to break our defence and left your base undefended.
Russians always use DB backdoor, they zerg in big numbers then sit on the flag until cap. If alliance does the usual ‘rush drek, no def’ tactics they can capture DB faster than alliance does relief hut.
However if only 7-8 alliance defends DB backdoor then horde zerg can be easily countered and the loot gives nice rep and some extra npc elites to alliance.
Too bad that people very rarely listens to the call ‘hey they are Russians, they will zerg DB backdoor, need 7-8 to def DB’, usually the answer is ‘st…fu noob, no def, rush galv > drek’, then the same guys keep telling ‘let them win’ as soon as they wipe on horde defense.

The horde backdoor meme is worthless and doesn’t affect the game in any way, the horde into ally backdoor does.
