I found out that fishing in AV is the best way to spend time during the night.
You get Nightfin Snapper (sells for ~20g per stack), Whitescale salmon (used in AQ war effort) and Plated Armorfish (Used in Scourge invasion).
Furthermore you only need 205 fishing to fish in AV (300 if you want it to stop getting away), if you want Whitescale or Plated armorfish anywhere else you need atleast 330.
Banned for not participating in AV? Then why the put the best fishing spot in a BG, just saying. Back in the days people fished for days/weeks hoping to get Ashbringer, so when did they change their mindset for banning people in AV?

Nice advice! I personally use AV for rogue pickpocket farm.
There is this huge cave in the south edge of the map. The npcs all carry items, and it takes a few mins for their pockets to reset, so I can loot them again and again.
What’s even better - the cave is so south, you sometimes vanish off the map and nobody ever realizes you are there.
