AV preamdes and the Blizzard End User License Agreement

It’s funny that you say that when you own solution to one faction AV premades is to do nothing.

I hope the company takes urgent action and ends with this alliance trap !!!

The best solution is faction specific queues to get onto the server. This would drasticly reduce horde bg queue times, make open world pvp more balanced, world boss more fair. With less q time, bgs should be more balanced to as rankers would be more evenly distributed. Also both factions would be able to somewhat premade.

It really wouldn’t.
https://ironforge.pro/servers/?filter=true&server=eu https://ironforge.pro/servers/?filter=true&server=ru https://ironforge.pro/servers/?filter=true&server=us are all showing a somewhat even split, give or take a few percentages here and there, overall. (Of course there are servers with horrible splits, but when you take all players together of all servers then it shows a somewhat even split which is what’s relevant in this case.)
https://wowclassicpopulation.com/ https://wowclassicpopulation.com/overview same here.

So it’s not that “faction queues” are going to change anything in particular in the BG queues, and the wpvp situation depends entirely on the server. And also not when BGs are just one big massive pool either (Russians are on the side though as only enemies, but they still affect queue times).

The fundamental difference is the desire to pvp, which is not identical in every single player. The queue times actually shows that Alliance have a higher average of people not wanting to PvP at all.

So faction queues wouldn’t affect the real difference.

^ THIS would deal with the issue entirely though. Either one of the options.

For example, the ones counting cards are spotted by casinos through betting patterns. Because to count cards leads to such a highly improbable pattern that the only logical conclusion can be that it’s due to manipulation. Sound familiar? It should.

Not an alliance is bad but a map is bad for an alliance.

Disruptive Gameplay is a 7 days suspension.

Since they are doing premade after the hotfix, and for a benefit (honor and rank), and since that affect others players (random Horde players that face them, and Alliance players in pugs that can’t play with good players because they are all in premade using the exploit), rank with gear should be removed.

Blizzard are on it, I have trusted source that said they’ll take decision just before BWL.

Fix backdoor exploit and i’ll agree on this.

There’s to many terrain exploit, imagine the amount of work needed to fix all of them in Alterac and WSG.

Not worth.

If you see a AV premade, report for Hacking at Blizzard mail (hacks@blizzard.com). They’ll remove ranks and ban the account.

I see horde that use thier advantage in AV map.

Alliance are still exploiting the queue system.

Premades are stiil exploiting queue system. It is ruining game for other players. Fix premades versus pug on all BG plz!

This is the most sensible thing I’ve seen you type.

Alliance are still exploiting the queue system.

i can understand ur anger to fight vs premades… but here on alliance side are like 20% of the bgs are bots which dont do anything… the problem is they do honor 24/7 to beat them in the ranking system is to play also 24 hours OR premade and get more honor in less hours… so they should finally do something against the bots instead of fighting vs the premade… all we want is to play with “humans” and not rank against 24/7 bots

Blizzard rather fix premades than fixing the uprising bot problem with easily recognisable bots in instances and out in the world.

Alliance are still exploiting the AV queue.

Send an email to hacks@blizzard.com with enough information for them to find it in the server logs so they can investigate it, when you see players you suspect having done the exploit.

But keep in mind that it’s now harder than ever to see who’s doing it and who isn’t. Most of the high ranked players are still in those premade discords, so even if they aren’t trying to manipulate the matchmaking, they can still end up in the same one and communicate as before by joining a channel for that number of AV when they joined it through sheer coincidence. Which is not against the rules. (It is however a strong motivation for allowing full raids to queue for AV though.)

And then they get the sheep to follow what they do/say.

What is a tell of a premade is however “generous” use of CDs on or for others (like BoP, aoe CC) and consumables (LAP and FAP), this in particular is not something strangers are likely to do in a proper random matchmaking.
Doesn’t mean you’ll never see it happen, but if their movements are showing signs of coordination and they use those things frequently, and not just on the “max 5 people” you can be in an “AV premade” now, then that is a sign it could be a premade.

It all comes down to pattern recognition for this though, but as for probability then people are more likely to play in egocentric ways in this gigantic xrealm matchmaking system. Which means popping consumables which costs gold, or making themselves vulnerable by burning all CDs for the sake others, then that is not normal to occur often between perfect strangers.

An unusual amount of high rankers is also a sign.

Well, we already know Russian realms can still do premades just by timing the moment they queue for first available. Their pool is small enough to do that. Just report it to hacks@blizzard.com with enough information so they can check server logs. (And don’t forget to mention it’s in the EU region.)

I removed it, dont wanna get forum banned for naming exploiters…
