Can anyone give me a tip on how to endure this slug and snoozefest until I get exalted to get my dagger and whatnot?
It’s not even PvP. Everyone is rushing the other side and whoever stops at middle loses. So sad to see zero fun in AV. AB and WSG are the only pvp maps left…
Alliance wins a few times these days, which makes it funner. But still, you have just to endure and stay at it.
Take WSG breaks. That’s the only way I could handle it. (And back when I did it – talking Classic here, not Vanilla – Alliance hardly ever won.) The grind to exalted in WSG was over in the blink of an eye, by comparison. 
Not just AV tbh…I realized that PvP in classic is largely and literally dead outside wpvp.
I had tremendous amounts of fun leveling up with wpvp…but these bgs are nothing but boring grinds of nothingness.
AV is pve rush
AB and WSG are just premade pub stompers. No fun allowed apparently.
This has not been my experience, on balance. Sure it happens, but it’s not nearly as prevalent as you are suggesting – again, this is just my experience. (Just last night I played a few ABs and each one was PuG vs PuG, with a 3-2 winner.)
from alliance pov it is easy to rush south and still get your pvp encounters. just try to protect FWGY there are always hordes trying to recap

tday I called an Balinda Horde Wipe and ppl cry in chat about don’t waist time
I guess 10-15 Alliance give a try, we wipe them and in the following 20 min we had an nice battle, enough time burn down the towers etc
was an fun map and Horde doesn’t rly know what to do

yes but you cant rank like this in the new system. If you care about getting your weekly cap, you have to AV grind. Extremely bad design
I was simply commenting on the assertion that AB and WSG are nothing but imba premade-VS-pug stomps – which they are not (in my experience), leading us back to my original point: taking WSG/AB breaks here and there can be a nice way to break up the monotony of the AV grind.
Oh well u r ally bro ur are win forced by default… just fool around and premades gonna clear the bg for and u will get ur rep… its rather easy wont take u more than 2 days at worse.
Actually this is not true. Some defenders can wipe the opposite faction and then win. If the timing is good. I don’t like this pve AV’s. I will be against them.
Also too farm 500k honor evey week, in this mode will drive you insane. People have so dull lives they accept this for a game too have fun in the Future instead of now.
