Horde can do the same premade thing if they want to. I dont believe this is fixable. Give us some ideas of how they could @khovane?

easy, only allow 2 teams of 5 to be matched in one game. Randomise allocation and don’t match people that queued within the same minute with one another.

It’s abuse of game mechanics, ppl are organising on discord and abusing a mechanic to get ínto the same match which obvoiusly wasn’t intended. Yes, by now it’s abuse and bans will be well deserved. Not everyone will be banned, but they will make an example of a few obvious premades to deter everyone else from doing that.

You’ve got a fair point coming from the other side. But shall we nerf the Undead racial too to help the alliance out. After all that is not fair that they get technically 2 trinkets in arena? In hindsight Blizzard cant make it fair for everyone in the PVP spectrum, someone will call the unfair card.

There was already a blue post on the US forums stating that groups of players coordinating when to click “join first available” is not considered an exploit or against TOS.

It’s just a consequence of having a smaller player pool to choose from that allows some of these teams to be grouped together into the same AV. The thing is that it’s now taught the casual pug players how to win and more ally players are adopting the same tactics as the guys who are leading these games.

You will never get a full 40 man premade team using this method maybe like 5-20 players max. There’s nothing stopping horde players joining in a 5 man team and leading the pug players also. You only need a few players that know how to play AV to do this effectively.

What’s more concerning is that there seems to be some win trading going on in HvH matches. There’s reports of horde players purposely throwing matches if they’re playing with the alliance masks in BGs.

Lol so what they gonna ban a few people, limit number of premades which will give the perfect excuse for every single Alliance player to start queueing in group out of spite for HvH and completely block AV for the Horde

Or they don’t limit 5 man groups and in 3 weeks every Alliance player will sit on discord stomping horde, banning 20 people will mean absolutely nothing here.

The only solution is allowing HvH in AV so the premade limit can be enforced without long queue times. Horde will get matched against each other but alliance will still stomp without the limit.

No they won’t. “You’ve been banned for queuing at the same time as someone else” - that would be insane and Blizzard aren’t stupid enough to scare people from joining BGs incase they catch a ban. They want Alliance to join BGs more. Please don’t delude yourself when you have zero knowledge of their opinion on this.

Horde will adapt. Sooner or later the majority will learn to ninja SHGY while going for mid bunkers, instead of trying to hold them while they respawn easily at SH.

It’s almost like balance wasn’t the issue and it was just the attitudes of the players. Because if it was about balance horde would still be winning. So no, definitely not that!
