Which is nonsensical. It’s self-explanatory, but I’ll do you a favor and explain why I guess. You seem like the type to need it.

The system itself is being bypassed sometimes via third-party programs such as voice com or addons, but other times just via the game’s own functions itself which by itself already renders your point meaningless, despite it being ridiculous in and of itself.
An exploit is any way to bypass the game’s intended design in a way that grants an unfair advantage, as quoted in the long post up above. Doesn’t matter if it’s via the use of third-party programs or not, in whatever capacity.

This is related to the purpose of a matchmaking system, and the spirit of competing vs. opponents for “greater gains” from the match.
In a matchmaking system there’s something called a theoretical chance to win . This is far from 50/50 in the random matchmaking, and closer to equal in a rated system like arenas (or chess, which these systems are based on).

So the random matchmaking needs to be random because that is “fair” as in equal chance to get a favored chance to win in the matchmaking. Such as by setup or skill of players or being subjected to the same social circumstances, there are many things which affects it beneath the surface which is decided in the random matchmaking itself.

When only one side can bypass the nature of random matchmaking and go as a premade -

The purpose of a random matchmaking system is to randomly match people up. To not enable a Join as Raid function into it, is intentional.

Just because you can’t literally queue as a raid, doesn’t mean you can’t join as a premade. Because the raid is made beforehand, i.e. it was PRE MADE prior to the BG.

So it’s without a doubt a premade when you organize a team before queuing, for the purpose of doing AV together. Which only alliance and Russian pools can do.

-it naturally makes the theoretical chance to win manipulated in your favor. In other words, it provides an advantage which your opponents can’t perform, which by its very definition makes it unfair , which is prohibited in Blizzard’s CoC.
(Keep in mind that unfair refers to equal opportunity, not unfair as in " multiple opponents ganked me while I was alone, in wpvp". Wpvp is designed to be chaotic in order to emulate a real “world”, while instanced PvP is not.)

Which is why they should just enable queuing as full premades with a Join as Raid option for AV as well.

Except they don’t accept reporting players via tickets anymore. They’ve changed their operations protocols to leave it to the automated right-click system.

That the lack of punishing people for it should mean that it’s not something they recognize to be a violation of the rules even though it falls under the technical definition of game exploitation in their rules.
That they passively permit it when they haven’t even officially recognized it to be a thing in the first place.

I’m all for removing that stupid backdoor, as long as Blizzard also removes the possibility of alliance forming premades (there are several easy changes that would still maintain the alliance 0 min que-time.)
They’re both unintended exploits that give an unfair advantage.

Ally premades is a consequence of too many dumbos rolling horde.

horde have 2 backdoors, one was possible in vanilla and should not be fixed. One is only possible because of legion client and should be patched
