I can relate. The spy add on is stronger than hunter and druid tracking. It’s completely out of bounds when add ons are better than given abilities. Nerf them to the ground.
They would need to change how the engine processes buffs/aura = never gonna happen. These addons merely read the combat log (which is what’s broken).
Blizz has zero care for this version of the game, a sad state of affairs.

You play on a pvp server and get ganked, lose your buffs and blame it on some addon? You’re not even sure he knew you had wbuffs. My bet is that he knows you are a grown up cry baby and that is why he killed you. Hell, even I want to make a char and camp you now.

I doubt there is some grand conspiracy to make Classic as 
as possibly to lure players back into retail, but I agree with you-- There is alot ‘‘wrong’’ with Classic, possibly due to it being run on a Legion client-- Classic has alot of errors that was never part of vanilla.
Just take Paladin as an example, probably the most bug filled class out of all classes where they have errors that never occured in real vanilla.
I think it’s ok to see player cast buffs on enemies but maybe they could remove world buffs from being visible on nameplate?
Lol griefing your own faction is allowed too. It happened in silithus for 2 weeks during the war effort and it is happening every single day on world bosses.
One thing everyone needs to learn in classic (and all Blizzard games currently) to reach that point of enlightenment is that everything is fully automated and unless you use a software that can automatically get detected, you can do whatever you want in the game.
People grief their own faction, collude with the enemy faction, even mass report someone that they want to get rid of and get him auto banned. Everyone has and always will get away with anything they want, whether its against the ToS or not. There is no GMs, no moderation or anything in the game.
Feel free to do whatever you do in the game unless its a detected bot.

exactly why private servers have raiding guilds and communities again after temporarily dying from the classic announcement. 
I don’t see what blizzard wants to prove by offering a quality of service genuinely worse than private servers but hey I’m not kotick or the CEO of blizzard, I’m just reading shareholder concerns on twitter who are saying that management is running long term prospects into the ground for extremely short term profit gains.

I know he was using an addon, because there were like 5 ppl around me pvp flagged, and none of them had wbuffs. he targeted explicitly me, so he can remove them from me
This is just one hypothesis - it could be the truth but it could also be wrong.
There are many other differences between you and the players around you and.
He could have targeted you because of your name (ha! i got you), because of your class (mages die fast), or just randomly.

Yeee no. When you have shamans and priests waiting in ghostform and only ever ressurecting when there’s someone with dispellable buffs around it becomes a bit more than a hypothesis. Some people even stream their dispelling adventures and they usually have a Weak Aura that displays world buffs next to nameplates so you don’t even need to target people to check if they have buffs or not. It’s not like these are some niech addons either. Most unitframe addons have the necessary library and of course Weak Aura allows you to display pretty much anything. Mind you I’m not complaining and don’t think this should be changed just pointing it out.
It is both griefing and it’s still PVP. They’re not mutually exclusive. It’s griefing, and it’s allowed on a PVP realm. Deal with it.
