I suggest banning high level players and players in the group who are also +2/+3 levels higher. I think many adequate people will agree that it’s unpleasant when you are leveling and don’t want to fight at the moment, and high-level players kill you, it’s unpleasant. I believe that PVP mode up to level 70 (now in pre patch) or 80 level can be disabled and you can not be killed, and at the maximum level, even with disabled PVP mode, you can be killed. This will also be a great innovation for beginners, because. the blizzard loves newbies. Well, or if this change is not added, then at least ban players for ganking. Honestly Id love to have a pvp server that is not so punishing when I get ganked.
I like pvp and it puts danger in the world but I wish there were some changes…
Like the removal of a 6 minute ress timer when you pvp alot or get ganked alot.
Put a dimish return on the player instead so they cant get farmed for achi or honor.
And when ganked by a higher level player, Itd be nice to run faster as a ghost.
That is all. I want more pvp and less punishment for being ganked by lvl ??.
And you think this would stop the sort of player who relentlessly camps another player, do you? 
All the better to be killed again sooner?

I remember once upon a time in 1k needles i was playing a tauren feral druid. Think i was like level 26 or something and this 40 something mage tried to gank me (had a skull for his level)
Because feral severely counters mage he couldnt cast a single spell and i actually killed him just shifting out of all the novas, He just lay there not releasing while i spammed X standing on his head. Was pretty glorious
But yeh maybe roll on a pve server playboy, You could always swap back at max level when your on a more fair playing field
You want pacifist quests as well where you don’t need to kill anything?
How about a battlemaster that gives you a repeatable quest for honor every 15 minutes, so you don’t have to fight against other players at all?
You know what, no lets ban all the other players. Just ban them.

Try to understand that some people’s enjoyment comes from a very low hanging fruit.
When it happens and you die, close your eyes, strech and do a posture check.
Next you run back to your corpse, while you hope for them you forgot their names if you next encounter them and the playing field is even.
