That’s a weird argument, frankly, that since there are different roles, matchmaking will not work well. I mean, it’s weird mathematically (why the hell? what’s the logic? you are as likely to get a slightly better tank than a slightly worse tank, thanks to ratings), but we don’t even have to go that far - roles in MOBAs also have different weights.

That is not how it works. People who progress on M+ and pug, use both their own key and other peoples keys. It is a mix. The people who are complaining are the ones who don’t use their own.
We all play by the same rules. It is not that for no reason “Praetorian” is not getting invited but a “Psjohly” is.
Yes, they do, but not as much as the tank has in M+. The tank is essentially in full control of the run. You take League, OW, Dota or any game of that sort, in none of them the team is so depentent on a single player/role as M+ groups are on their tanks. No matter how skilled the 3 DPS and the healer are, they can’t do anything without their tank, whereas not having one tank in OW, you can still win if you can manage to kill some of the enemy and even out the odds, or in Leauge, 4v5 is still winnable in some cases. In M+, if you don’t have a tank, it’s over.

M10 - Anyone with 2 hands and marble of brain can do it, yet you wont get invited if no rio (why discrimiantin there)?
M15 - Nothing spectacular, just demand little pay of attention and that people somewhat do their job, again you wont get invited because rio (why discrimiantion there?)

None of your issues you’ve listed here exist because of RIO. This is no about your privacy, this is about your complaining that people don’t instantly invite you to everything without second thought.
I have started to think that they think because they kill boss X in a raid, they should get instant invites because ilevel and class/spec combo. That is not rio issue.

…do you honestly believe that you are not able to get into ANY 10-15 groups with your score? Or are you trying to get into groups out of your league and get mad when you don’t get in?
To be fair if someone has killed M+, unless boosted, I will have no issue inviting them into a +15 with subpar. Althought N’zoth is really trivial now with so much power from corruption, so recent first kills hold little value compared to a few months ago.
If I want to just do a 15 for weekly or just for the sake of playing, I won’t bother with score/experience too much. If I want to push my key over 20, I will make sure I do my best to invite the best fitting players.
I never tryin to do instances i dont know, Im only doing instances which reward me with usable PvP item, I know well instances Im applying, i dont try to go above 16 now, because I have no desire to do, reward for all m15+ is miserable recolor anyway, I woud do if blizzard sparked will into me tho. And still guy from my picture repeat over and over (again its not problem with this decline, its problem next guy will do the same, and next , and next and next), and after 2 hours someone will normal sanity will come by , invite , and we will one shot run without a single issue, and thats a tragedy, rio wasted my time !

Thing is all i need to know is that can a player do it. So if they have done any like 8-9 and have least tried something above 10, I could easily give them chance in 15. But I need some idea that they are capable to heal me. I am not slow tank pulling a mob at time. I need healer that is with me.

It doesn’t take 2 hours to get into a +15 as a 475 resto druid. Stop blowing it out of proportion to try and make your point stronger. At most it will take you a few minutes to get into a group.
