Overall we’ve always sought ways to make best possible group for our dungeons. We did so in vanilla, we do it in BfA and more complex environment comes (i.e. higher keys and M+) - more detailed information we need to make sure people, who come with us would contribute.

But I don’t know what you mean by “automatic queue”. Do you mean we would have the ability to just queue for mythic+ the same way we do for normal dungeons/heroic dungeons/LFR? That sounds like a disaster actually and I hope you don’t mean it in that sense. I doubt anyone would use that for any level of keys where coordination is required and at that level, rio basically doesn’t exist anyway.
Yes, by automatic queue I mean a queue like LFG where you queue solo and get matched with people of the same rating. If you are worried about spec compatibility, that’s all solvable, but discussing how is out of scope of this thread. The rules are the usual - if you perform, you go higher and get higher-level keys and better partners, and vice versa.

lol. Seeing how they can’t even make people be on the same skill level in OW when you’re at the same SR, how the hell would they accomplish that in WoW?
With RIO, rating depends on the level of keys you did. But with RIO used by the majority, the level of keys you can try to do depends on RIO. That’s a dependency that multiplies the error.
i am totally fine with adding a queuing system next to what we have now. Only afraid it will seperate some playerbase. And the LFG will always achieve higher max keys. But who cares for a ~+15 (of the current difficulty, no idea how difficult it is in SL).
It will have tons and tons of toxicity though.
That’s not my first account, just in case.

That’s not rio, that’s any tool that shows completed runs. And I think it’s perfectly reasnoable not to take someone to your, for example, +18 AD, when their highest is a +9. Deciding who to take into your group based on their previous experience is nothing new.

Well, yes and no. Solo queues do have toxicity, but there is a limiting factor in that you are just losing your rating by being toxic. Yes, you harm others as well, but there are means like reports to make sure you are harmed the most, so…
Yes, that’s any tool that shows completed runs. You can replace the word “RIO” in my posts with “RIO and any other tool that shows completed runs” if you want. Or just with “RIO and any other similar tool”.
Queing like that would be a disaster because the teams depends on their tanks and healers so much more than they do on DPS. You could have a great DPS but he’s lose MMR because of an incompetend tank who can’t be bothered with a route or pulling properly. As a DPS you have no control over how very little control over how the key goes.
MMR/solo queing works in PvP games where one player/role doesn’t carry most of the responsibility.

that is a slippery slope. it will make community extremely toxic. take dota as an example. You get higher mmr and you queue solo and while top 1% of players have decent games, in my bracket ~4.5k mmr there are a lot of trolls and because of report system and behavior score people tend to report others for stuff like ‘you had bad laning stage? - reported, you missed 3 hooks in a row as pudge? reported’ and it makes gaming experience extremely miserable. people caring only about themselves and reporting everything they dont like. if anything blizzard should do something to incentivize good behavior instead of depending on community to be the judge. mamma mia you are really clueless man. im sorry to say it but you should really stop
But you again not understand point, because rio , anyone become the guy who decined me, same politics over and over. Its not problem geting declined but its problem it woud repeat on majority of my group up attempt.
