No they do not brand you as rubbish. They just take someone with experience over you. They do not judge about you. They simply do not know anything about you. You seem to take it personal, what it isn’t.
You say you decline people too. Do you say “this player is rubbish, lets decline” when you are doing that? No. You just decline, or invite someone else and the group is full and delists. You do not judge about others. it is not personal.
Why I offten see red ignore list font than? (without being rude)
Well offcourse its personal when you so offten being declined, even from guys who are maybe worst than you… In PvP story is easy, guy disciminate, I meet him in arena, kill few times, mock a bit then befirend and play later, or outplay him in duel at front of all his friends, this always quickly teach a people manner… But what to do in PvE in rio world, where im judged before even do anything?
Yes I deciline but, I always allow guy to explain himself, and offten allow test run if he is so eager.
I dont even know what a red ignore list font is. If you get ignored you are probably toxic and are on an ignore list.
When someone put you on ignore list because you are lesser being and he a god then you woud know (decision based on rio scale offcourse)
Yes so you are a toxic player. Ignore lists work as intended. That is not about game performance. Your attitude is terrible. Also something nothing to do with raiderio. Nobody wants to play with YOU.
well than do step by step and u will be invited just check your mythic + tab and look which dungeon u have lowest timed and look to do something higher than that if u have +3 underoot on time look for +5 or +6 or +7 and time it and than do next one and and one point u will chase +15 +16 etc
Im not toxic at all, with me you can wipe, lose the arena games without getting a single rage words (not much people can say that),…you speaking yet you dont know me… Im just realist who are always triggered by injustice, and I consider rio as injustice, I also considered meta as injustice, evrything which go against sportsmanship and fairplay is subject for my wrath.

Try following, sight up to rio crazed guy grp: Guy decline you, but you think that you can do a instance, re whisper him (no rude words), just say for example “why m8 i know instance”…there is greater chance that next you will see will be those red fonts…
The most annoying thing is getting whining wisperings after declines. You do this to yourself. Has nothing to do with rio.
Why would you ever whisper anyone in LFG tool unless the description tells you to whisper some achievment or something?

Yes, it is annoying. Imagine getting 25 of those wispers. From all the players you did not take for your group. VERY annoying.
I just had a run in AD earlier with someone who was all “hurr, don’t worry I did this last season on higher key than this”, he wiped the group several times and got me killed beyond the wipes.
First time he didn’t enter the obelisk and he’s the healer and just ran ahead right into a pack when he saw us moving on the map.
Second time I was going to pull away the pack by vol’kaal on my hunter and he runs after me and got us both killed instead of me being able to feign death them to reset and then go into the other portal.
Third time I was going to pull the mobs away from tank buster obelisk and he just heals me for some reason. The tank left after that.
