You literally told us now, that declines happen regardless of rio, yet you insist in all your posts that rio made us behave like that.
And how does rio close doors and windows when getting declined and a normal decline doesnt?
Or even opens doors and windows as you claim?
Because all replies made by anyone towards your posts, which you then selectively quote are only used to keep up your: rio made people monsters arguments.
But when told that it isnt the case and we prove you wrong.

Thz to addons like Raidar IO no casual player will never be avable to enter a mystic 15+ runs just becourse their IO score is to low ?

Certain people in this thread remind me of clinate chabge deniers or people that think lizard people run the earth.
You can present compelling arguments to prove them wrong. You can debunk their points. You can try reason.
But the simple fact is they wont listen ever. Their minds are made up and they are entrenched in a position they will not move from.
To make is more interesting they thinkthe drivel they spouted is the one source of truth and that others are what they are.
Just accept they wont listen and laugh at them. Its them thats angry because they cant get their way (even though they claim the opposite - see above)

@Praetorian - i too dont give a 
about RIO, but heres an offer. i will get a keystone this reset, whatever level, and i will personally invite you to a group if you are ingame same time as me. i can see both sides of the coin as i dont use Rio, but am in a great community called Scared Of Dungeons, where it isnt allowed to be used - try joining that one or FailTrain (i believe Pjsholy is a member there but he/she will correct me if not) trust me, you do NOT need it with the aforementioned communities and your required +15 weekly wil be a given considering your gear and the fact you play THE meta spec for m+ . However, above +15 i can see the need for it if you want to push yourself. Give it a try, mate but please drop the “RIO bad, you are all elitist” stuff, it just aint true - my score is 948 but thats due to me not doing M+ a lot , my best is WM 13 times and worst is a few at 14 untimed

I’m mostly just interested in what they come up with next. However it’s usually the same old same old, just worded differently. But the M+ solo queue matchmaking “proposed” above is probably my favorite yet.

I also hear players on top 5% of bracket will reicieve a Galywix plushie, as share of prosperous boosting service.
They will need to annex it to WoW and rework it, and kill any aspect of rio which errode community, or ban it…those two are natural options, current situation is unsusainable, i highly doubt that rio will retain its orginal form in case of annex
I dont think you prove anyhting there… yet complaining how I didnt answered something, show me what exactly want me to answer, This topic is BIG alot of people writing and im not on phone with you aand im not your boyfriend or girlfriend to return all messages to you. Thats actualy what you doing, yet its easier to blame than deal that you have no good argument, in that case walk away, i asked you to pinpoint and you do /evasion + /cloak of shadows …so much cooldown wasted m8
Also I know that some people actualy worked hard to grind their score, I can even somewhat respect this as gamer because i know evry grind means alot of time invested, but guys you grinded third party score which can be changed any moment , anyone who engaged such a grind shoud know it at firstplace, u cant usurp game with thirdparty.
Your burning love for rio score makes you blind and see any damage what rio done to others, and If guy like me present any fact or provement or statment you guys attack, and start to desperate defend a score, withtout any argument which can be recreated…for example one of common arugments “what will community do if no rio” its problem for another time, its like you ask me “Which hair color your next GF will have” …catch her and you will see, why you even asking me that?
Current system is bad, and whenever replace it cannot be that bad.
My attitude worked since vanilla, and never bring me any problem before this BS rio score took a root, people who know me even like me alot, issues only started emerge with rio…so please try to discipline your dog at home, kids or wife or cat if you got any not me.
Nah we gave you all solutions to your problem. And you do not want to use any. That is your own choice. M+ is hard content, so dont expect invites from randoms on LFG without experience. That is not on RIO. You dont want to take control yourself of your own game experience, and then blame something on the side as a reason.

You all solutions are like: use something else to compensate damage we did with rio… you are acutaly not offering me a solution but playaround. I pay subscription same as you, and why shoud i play demo version of game, use play arrounds while you can play full version? all because some third party usurped the game social system. I alredy know all of your solutions, even without you telling me, but I wont use them from principee and because i know im right. Ty for trying tho

You dont play the demo version. Everyone is playing the same version. But you want to get invited in content you have no experience in. Content that is damn hard. Content most players will never do. And you just want to get invited in that over someone else who does have the experience.
But it exacly feels to me like I play demo version !
