Hi guys I am curious if it possible for frost mage to solo Magistrate Barthilas, the first boss in stratholme UD?
Possible, yes.
Viable, no. Since I assume you want the hat and do not outgear that content nor have experience with awesome power of frost mage.
And in time you kill it solo, you could have killed fifty times with group (Assuming group is fast farm group)
