I am a total addon noob and need some really basic advice.
In CLASSIC WoW, for my Priest, I simply want to find a UI addon that will allow me to put the list of party members wherever I want on the screen (instead of the top left default).
Something clean and simple, no frills, easy to understand without having to spend hours figuring it out.

Its a big addon and has a simple install wizard when you first load it.
There is a lot that can be done with it but there is a lot of info about it as well and you can import profiles. I think preach has his available somewhere.
I really like it for healing combined with clique.
You dont need an addon for that . Just go to menu -> interface options -> raid profiles :
on the top tirght is a check that says use raid style part frames . check that. then underneath that check all boxes for auto activate ( make sure to click OK ).
Form a party with someone and you can see the raidframes on the left , there you can unlock and put it where you want.

I used the standard Blizz raid frames, but I realised that it only lets me see 3 positives, so now all I can see is fort, spirit and shadow protect buff for example. If I add a renew and fear ward, their icons aren’t there. I’ve looked, but couldn’t find anything to tick or untick to show more?
I’ve now downloaded shadowed unit frames. I was waiting for Luna unit frames to be ready, but so far shadowed seem to be reasonably ok. I like something I can use the mouseover macros I already have.
Anyone know what I’ve missed in the standard wow raid frames?
