Yes, just happened to me today. Prior to that my phone authenticator worked fine - this time my log-in had apparently ‘expired’. I tried to log-in again, expecting my mobile to ping with the authenticator, but all that came up was a screen saying the authenticator had moved to the mobile app, and to download it?? It’s taken me 30 minutes of going round in circles - because it kept asking me to ‘approve’ the request! I gave up but as I cleared that screen down, I found it had been hiding the authenticator screen (with approve/deny)! Whatever they’ve done in the past few days, someone really needs to sort it out.

Same for me, after years of occasional security checks logging in every time on a pc or laptop that only I access seems a bit overkill, unless Blizz knows of a threat they are not making us aware of?

This started happening to me aswell about 3 days ago on both my PCs. Seemed to happen at the same time that I, by Blizzards recomendation, moved my authenticator into the Battle.net app on my iPhone.

I mean, dont get me wrong. I love security, but its a wee bit annoying when you have a 20 digit password with letters, numbers and skewed signs :slight_smile:

BNET launcher keeps forgetting our family passwords on 4 of our computers. Of course authenticator is active on all accounts. Systems are: 1 with Win11, 2 with Win10 and 1 with macOS Ventura. Started happening some days ago. Sometimes after a computer goes to sleep, others from restarts and others just after many hours of using other things and then going back to BNET launcher again. Fix this asap! WTH?:disappointed:

Now that you’ve all mentioned it, this was after I swapped the authenticator to the bnet app on my phone too.

Sorry to post again, but another update:
I logged in without clicking “Keep me logged in” and went to feed my pets and other quick household jobs and when I came back it was the same “Session expired” notice all over again. So I guess its nothing to do with keeping your detail0s logged in either.

Edit: Also just remembered that when I was gaming it also kicked me out of bnet so I dont think it’s a case of being AFK.

Same problem here. I tried to clean up Battle.net cache, but it didn’t help.
Someone tried to reinstall app?

The same problem also for the last couple of days (after the update?). I have only needed to use my authenticator once. I don’t have an app on my phone but can ask for an SMS so I don’t think it’s related to that, only the launcher keeps saying the session expired and need to put in a password all the time. It’s weird that a family member doesn’t need to do that at all - even when they log out so we’re trying to compare to see what’s different.

in the meantime, no point in using launcher. guessin’ new guys still didn’t get the hang of it, they’ve been messin’ up the launcher for a while, now
