Yesterday was Battle.net App update. Version 15846. Since then option “Keep me logged in” doesn’t work all the time. So, I need to type my email and password preety much every time I’m opening the app.

Same here used to use remember email id now have to write email then password.

Double check your settings in case it’s changed to not remember.
The problem is that now there is no option in the launcher settings to stay logged in it just has it set to default clear saved login data and it can’t be changed.
This option is gone from settings with the newest update. I realy don’t know why change something that works perfectly fine.

Is tick option gone when you log in?
That one wasn’t removed, but even when it’s tick it doesn’t work all the time.

On the launcher is an option to report bugs. I would definitely fill that in.
It sucks it’s not retaining the information for you

It asked for login in the afternoon. It remembered the information the next two restarts but now again it forgot.
Have to type in Log in details every time I have to log in, since today’s patch. Haven’t had to do that for long time as it logs in automatic each time the computer starts up…well before the patch. What did you screw up Blizzard?

Yes, same here! I just restart computer after windows update and still the same thing I have to log in again! It is annoying!
Same here, been happening since last night - everytime I load up, I now need to put my account information in. Even selecting “Remember login” option doesnt’ remember. Seems it has a memory of a goldfish…
The more and more time goes on, the worst this game is becoming.
Switching to the beta launcher appears to have resolved this, but yes, this was happening as a result of the launcher update on Windows.
Will check my MacOS launcher seee if that has the same problem post any launcher update.
But for now, on Windows without a reboot switching to beta launcher has fixed it.

Someone explain why the bnet app is using 70% of CPU. Today’s download had completed two system restarts ago. Network and disk activity almost at 0 so nothing is actually happening.
Today I had to log into the battlenet.app manually, despite having remember me ticked. Later on, I come back and have to log into the app again? I checked Remember Me. It just doesn’t save it?

So yeah, this started since a couple of days… I didn’t change anything and it never was a problem before. Battle.net keeps forgetting my login information, even tho “keep me logged in” or whatever it is is checked. already tried reinstalling to no avail… Blizz bug?
