Benthic gear: Is it catch-up system, or raiding BiS?

Yes, that was my bad. I was meant to add in that part, but it slipped my mind, my appologies for that.

If the secondary distribution is right then yes, a 440 CAN be an upgrade. With bad stat distribution even a 445 can be a downgrade.

The 445 is still an upgrade there, too. +47 dps is serious sidegrade territory… It’s illogical to view that as more beneficial than the 200+ stamina.
