a tier list should represent how strong a spec is and not how hard a spec is to play?
and survival/combat is 100% stronger in 2s than Arms, doesnt matter how hard these specs are.
Also in rank 1 range arms has pretty much also only 2 available healers rdruid/rshaman everything else is semi optional so its the same with survival.
how can arms be the best specs in 2s when it gets countered by survival and combat? doesnt make any sense. survival/rdruid and survival/holy have no real counters so survival is the best spec in that bracket. these are just facts

Regarding your tier list, imo, Outlaw Rogue and Survival Hunter are definitely above Warrior.
So the many Tier lists are wrong for saying that Arms is the best spec at this very moment, in 2s and 3s, I must be insane.
I don’t get it, Combat and Survival also have counters, does it mean it becomes automatically worse than the spec that counters? In an overal standing, ARMS is very good.

ARMS, Survival and Outlaw are the best specs in 2s for melee, For me, Arms is God tier for the many reasons I have stated. Altough technically countered by Survival, you can go for spell reflect legendary to counter his freezing trap. Same CD btw.
Outlaw is a different discussion, it is the insane CC that makes it harder for the arms but not impossible.

Survival is GREAT, S tier means that it is S Tier, God tier just means that for me, ARMS is overal the best spec at this very moment. Great for every situation.
Retribution can’t be on the same tier as Arms and Sub, That just can’t. In 3s maybe but in 2s, his damage is avoidable by just having Weakauras.
I mean, coming from the ARMS bias. It’s not like all the tier lists have Arms as S+ or S in front of everyone. Survival is great, one of the best. But so is Arms. My God tier spec for 2s is Arms, and let’s not even begin with 3s.
I mean Arms is insane in 3s but in 2s you shouldn’t have an issue countering him with said classes. Like once again, warrior is limited and by far not “the best” melee in 2v2 period. We can talk about it after you put hunter and rogue on their correct spot.
This only works if you label your tierlist as a “personal opinion only” and not as a fact because thats how your title reads.
no it’s not, nothing about Outlaw + surv hunter being the strongest or to put it in your words, the “best” 2s specs currently is my personal opinion thats just how the meta operates right now
I mean arms is definitely great for 2s as well, just not on the sv lvl and can be countered by let’s say outlaw and ww. But that doesn’t change the fact that he can 2 hit all three of them from time to time and is definitely not easy kill/free win for them.
My list would look like this:
God tier: Survival.
S: 1. Feral, 2. Outlaw/ww, 3. Arms.
A: 1. Sub (could be S as well), 2. Assa, 3. Havoc (although it is difficult to put it here because of the two mentioned, but it is certainly better than the ones below).
B: 1. Ret, 2. Frost.
C: 1. Enh, 2. Unholy, 3. Fury.
Interesting, I also rate Feral S tier, What is your reasoning for Enhancement? I’m spamming it at the moment and feel like I can kill people at any moment.
