Same happened with Diablo 4 season 15, 2 days ago. No sufficient updates and ETA. SSF still does not work and we are just waiting. I would expect better, they look very arrogant with the limited communication from their end.
The beta crashed?! 
Do you know now long it takes before that happens? FOREVER !

Finally, someone gets it right
It’s Beta Testing and you’re basically testing all aspects of new game version - from login issues, through sever stability and the gameplay in the last position.

Never had this bad Beta experience.
so out of schedule, DC after waiting in queue.
im disapointed
for me the game wont even lauch after i press start

In another thread someone said “why should I be paying them to test these issues?” I have no words, people are that dumb.
10.000+ queue and only 22 mins waiting time. Consider me happy. HYPE.
edit: disconnect, 40 min queue, disconnect and another 50 min queue later kinda killing the hype for tonight blizzard
12k people in front of me in the queue, and when I am ready to enter I be disconnected by the server. Awesome.. 16k people now and 35 min wait time..

Every awaited major title release with multiplayer has the same issues at launch.
Not mentioning this is beta. But same will be on release.
All the exp bliz has and this is what they bring? I think and hope they are doing ther best

I went through the queue, but as soon as it tried to load the server I got kicked out instantly. And now I suddenly have to wait in a 35-minute queue

We get this rubbish every time there is a Beta or a new game. Obviously their hardware team are not fit for purpose. Try using more than 2 servers.

Well, most people are not software engineers and have zero insight into server architecture or similar, so their have zero capacity to understand that physical hardware no matter how great.. simply is limited in its ability to handle throughput - especially in pressure circumstances like this.

But how is it always like this? In 20 years, we haven’t been able to solve the problem if it’s a Beta or a new Expansion?
Maybe some people are confusing this beta testing with early access.
And of course no one forced anyone to buy 60 euro pack for beta testing - everyone’s choice.
And saying ‘They haven’t learn in 20+ years …’ – Seems like some people haven’t learnt how such things goes.

Actually I have played on many betas and this one by far is the worst I have every seen . Capacity does not match the player base that they either collected millions from or handed out keys . Obviously nobody crunched the numbers and weren’t prepared for the outlay of proper architecture. It isn’t rocket science , it’s simple economics.
