Something of a carry over from a small mention in a MadSeasonShow video, but this stat got me very curious, in the TheoryCrafting sense.
Spirit was supposedly, the stat that increased Proc on Hit chance? correct me if that’s wrong.
if so, if not, do you think Proc on hit could’ve seen more of a prominent / viable DPS spec, if Spirit still had this effect on melee characters? I’m wondering if, this was the case and intended idea, if we’ve lost a great deal of depth for the melee classes in Blizzard discarding it early on, or if the reason might have been that there was too much going on there and it would be difficult to balance a 3 way melee act, of Str/Agi/Spi.
