Rdruid thundercleave is the worst thing I’ve seen since SL S3/4 outlaw rogues and demo locks, fun to see this mindless clown comp every other game. Ele shaman meta is always the most toxic thing in this game, get rid of it, ty.

Ele is one of the top 5 specs for sure.
It’s still the best caster no doubt but is it that the best. I don’t think so.

The only things that need nerfs are all rogue speccs, ww and clone on all druid speccs.

The only reason why Ele is good atm is that meta is so fast and tempo based. Ele does instant damage mostly so it can also pump into WW, Havoc, Unholy. Even Mage/Lock and RMX fell off (until it’s Whazz/Raiku/Lontar).
Ele got nerfed last tuning, and the nerfs were good. PW was recovering too fast, my only concern is they will forget to unnerf the Rolling Magma talent after tier bonus is gone.
It don’t think it needs more nerfs. It needs stupid melee players realizing maybe it is not always the best option to mindlessly tunnel the ele, getting kited into bad positions and feeding ele maelstrom for infinite procs.
I swear my damage is lower when I am freecasting (unless there is a zoo spec present).
Dealing damage as ele is faceroll. Using the rest of the toolkit to kite, disrupt and support is the fun part.
It seems it’s not gone next season as season 3 set bonus has the most votes for season 4.

funnily I don’t think the DMG is the most annoying thing but the amount of stops it has. spammable roots on every frost shock cast, knock, lasso, static field, earth grab - enjoy
Considering my tendency to play week classes, I will start playing ele. So that it will probably be nerfed in the next reset.
Let’s be serious. Affli is pretty busted right now. Insane damage, you can’t dispel anything or you die, very tanky, etc. Of course there are worse outliers, but Affli is pretty strong. I believe against a melee cleave it isn’t fun, but tbh it’s not fun to any other actual casters either. When I see Affli on RSS, I feel so happy when the lock is on my team because I know for sure my dots won’t get dispelled. We win out of pure pressure
