Black character screen

So… trying to play this game that I’m paying money for.
When you FINALLY can log on your server, the character screen is just black and stuck in infinite loading.
Tried switching realms, relogging, etc etc, but to no avail. Anyone know if theres anything I can do to fix it?

Hi,

This can happen from time to time, I’ve had this my self, if you just lead the game o the character list screen, it will populate, it may take a minute or so (in my case it was 30 seconds).

I’m having the exact same problem right now, character screen is black for long a while then getting stuck in loading screen.

In our case is 30 minutes with World Server Down error :slight_smile:

Same happening for me atm. Black character screen for a min. Then stuck at loading screen… What’s this?

Been waiting for the last 30 mins for the black screen to load, after 30 mins it loaded, i went into the world and been stuck on loading screen for the last 10 mins. I can understand it happens, but I’ve been playing this game since 2006 and never had problems like this. Sure, You get a que on populated servers which I don’t have an issue with but when u wait almost 2hrs to get in the game, then can’t even play or change server. I think we should be atleast be allowed to move to another server.

same happening for me!! trying to log in for about 40 mins here!! WE ARE PAYING FOR THIS GAME AND WE CANT PLAY?? what was this update about?? it made the game unplayable… ? why u did it then?? fix this asap plz…

Legit have the same problem log in black char screen it loads after xx minutes then stuck in loading screen with either char with that name already exists or simply stuck

Same thing - black screen, “Enter world” button, greyd out.

Same issue, very frustrating. Kazzak has been a disaster since launch.

Im not being funny guys but how do you expect to charge people for expansions when they dont work>??? what about peoples game time?? and other inconiences you have caused WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT IT???.

I just tried to mount one of those Ox battle-ready things in Maldraxxus and I got disconnected.
When I’m trying to go back in the game I meet this awesome black screen, then the Disconnected message appears. After 5 minutes or so, I also get a disconnect error code. Kazzak EU

hi i have the same problem on twisting nether and when i switch servers i can log another char but not on twisting nether

I managed to log and teleport here and there BUT theres nothing shown on the map no daily quests nothing everything is dead after dcing
