Black Qiraji Resonating Crystal function

There’s been some talks, especially for tanks regarding the Black Qiraji Resonating Crystal. The question here is if it will function in a way that it will not dismount on damage as the other qiraji crystals/mounts?

If it’s so it will make people using the Black Qiraji Resonating Crystal a huge advantage, especially when speed-running. Wanting to know more exactly how it works as I find it an extremely interesting mechanic if it’s so?

From an old comment on Wowhead it reads like this:

“This mount functions as a normal mount outside of AQ40, but is limited inside AQ40 and desummons when you take any damage, or are put in to combat, just like the ones that drop off of the trash in AQ40.”

Would really appreciate an answer from anyone, preferrably Blizzard to clarify. Have no intention of speedrunning myself but got a feeling that guilds that do are very interested in knowing this as having the Black Qiraji Resonating Crystal can impact/optimize the run a bit.

It works exactly the same as the other AQ mounts. The only difference is the colour.
