I am a mage and It literally procs %1-1,5 of the fights. If this is intended, at least you can make it blue so people don’t waste time. You already removed dot triggering. Why is direct dmg proc rate so low… If you ask me, I would like to be more like 20% because it will be equal to have a 20 spell dmg stat on it. At the moment what it is equal of is 1,5 spell dmg. It is even worse than Arbiter’s Blade. If you want it to work only with direct dmg spell, make it work properly plz.
