Blizzard been radio silent about Legion Remix

As title states, there is lots of voices on reddit, here on EU forums, US forums, in game, Discord communities and so on about their choice on not bringing back Mage Tower in it’s originality, due to the prestige/challenging content - but they chose to bring back

  • Aotc mount: Violet Spellwing,
  • Trial of Valor mythic raid transmog set: Chosen Dead.

And other removed cosmetics/gear in MoP like Garrosh Heirlooms.

It’s weird how they divide it themself on what is exclusive, challenging, prestige, and so on.

And still… They have no response to the outrage people are having on the forums.
So Blizzard, what is your answer? Are you reading the community posts, and just tend to ignore it, or do you have an answer to justify your decisions on what comes back, or not?

Hope to see an answer or a bluepost soon to all this.

Challenge of it is kind of an individual take, I mean I agree with you, others probably don’t.
But all in all, is just weird how they go on about this thing, what is really exclusive and prestige in their eyes, when some removed content gets back, but others no? I don’t understand.

Sure, they are on the right patch with what they are doing, in my opinion. But as the other dude above say, it should be all, or nothing.

I mean chosen dead meant Mythic clear without anyone in the whole raid dying

Without you, yourself dying. others could die and you still got the achievment. But I agree on your point as said.

Edit: it was never that no one could die, that was Naxxramas achievment. This one was personal death.

Im like 95% sure AI chose what would return and what wouldn’t and the only reason AI didn’t pick mage tower was because of past comments from blizzard.

It its, yea. But im more hoping it was broken AI making the decisions than someone with an actual brain.

Yea, the whole prestige comment was bizarre considering they picked the easiest to get as “prestige” and then threw out chosen dead set as not.

Jokes aside, the same reason we could buy rep tokens for zandalar tribe but not shen’dralar during anniversary.

Same reason siege of orgrimmar but not icc or dragon soul received a raid skip.

Blizzard changes things based on what they feel like for the moment.

100% agree with you. As I do have MT and Aotc myself from Legion, sure I could probably ram through ToV later on without any issue. But didn’t. I just feel it’s weird, some is back, and others not. Does not make sense to me, as they all are in fact season/expansion exclusive.

And by doing so they completely shattered the integrity of the rules. Therefore, there is no reason to have the rules anymore.

I have MT, AotC and the chosen title. I dont mind things coming back, alot of the people that got those things quit and it would be nice for newer players to actually be able to get stuff. What i dont like is blizzard basically picking names out of a hat to choose what they deed as “prestige” or not.

This is a wrong conclusion…

I’m waiting for them to make classic+ in another way, because I don’t just wanna progress to retail, would like an actual classic that stays like this personally without flying in the future, etc. My issue with retail is that they are removing so much friction from this game that I don’t even feel like I’m playing a video game atm. I feel like I enter a collection simulator for completionists or something like that. For me at least “RPG” is not outdated, and I don’t want games to just shower me with instant gratification

Not really, it’s his personal opinion. Just because you disagree, doesn’t mean he is wrong.

Then go play another game, sounds to me you just don’t enjoy it as is? There is classic realms up, SoD still up, Even MoP. Or Chinas new raid rush server if you wanna migrate in November… or other games?
Hope you find something that suits your needs.
