A comedy. Or perhaps a tragedy.
Is it so hard to implement features that block botting? Kind of weak going the route of blocking all ways, that different classes can utilise their different abilities, to make gold.

Solve nothing.
Instead of having Rogue in BRD botting, you’ll have Rogue botting outdoor in stealth camping every single flower in the game.
yeah well, this will solve absolutely nothing since you lose the debuff on death, which means bots can just go in naked, pickpocket, die intentionally, res up, rinse repeat.

like with the daily dungeon limit that was “suppose to limit botting” this retarded change only impacts legit players as well.
whats next? hunter pets despawn after 10 minutes and must be resummoned?
warlock soul shards and pets disappear on log out or upon entering a dungeon/BG?
mage water despawns after 5 minutes and must be re-conjured?
i honestly wouldn’t be the least bit surprised.
Look, i can come up with a better solution without even having to think about it; rogue’s chance to be detected while pickpocketing increases by X% every time he successfully pickpocket (lets say this effect applies after about 30 mobs pickpocketed?). neutral mobs turn aggressive when they spot rogue pickpocket. pickpocketing the mob that revealed you again will automatically fail for the rest of the instance ID.
Done, you can no longer pickpocket mobs endlessly without an increasing risk of being revealed and attacked - something a competent player who is actually playing legit can deal with by using vanish and his wits (i.e mark the mob who revealed you so you won’t pickpocket him again by accident) but a bot will succumb to repeatedly as they won’t be able to vanish and escape at random and will repeatedly pickpocket the auto-fail-mob due to the fact they are running a script.
BRD pickpocket bot auto farm is now a distant memory and we can all rejoice.
or we can just go super big brain and simply make the audience in the BRD arena un-pickpocket-able or even… you know… simply remove the pickpocket “loot respawn” that occurs every 5-10 minutes or however long it is, and not have the same mob pickpocket-able until its killed and a new one is spawned (inside instances at least).

The lazy and cheap (free I guess) “solution” to combating bots. Collective punishment over paying GM’s that can ban bots in-game on the spot… classic. Season of Misery is honestly such a joke with these changes. Just leave the game alone…
i doubt that. its still pure profit, just takes slightly longer, but why would they care? the bot is automated anyway.

Nice, let me guess since u got this covered i bet orb farming in stratholme from bots and lotus flowers is solved right? REMEMBER PPL YOU ASKED FOR THIS! And activision “listened to you and delivered”, no better way to kill classic right? Under the excuse of bringing #somechanges ruining the game just to punish ppl for daring to ask QoL improvements. DO any of u back there play even wow? Yes that silly guy who thought of this change!? Did u ever play wow? Do u know that rogue is stealth character? Stealth and pickpocket is the bread and butter for rogues, its the essential distinct elements of a stealthy class and 90% of the whole roleplay of the character? Why name it rogue anyway? And not assasin since he cant stealth/pick or somethin else. You are all clueless this changes says all. Abandon any SoM attempt u just RUIN the game. Just give ppl a fresh realm exactly as it was at 19 if u cant do any better than that, and get whatever subs u cant out of it, till activision rots and shutdown and eventually “hopefully” classic wow is sold to another developing company. Coz u have a jewel and u throw it to the mud!
