Blizzard hear my cry for the clone service

We extend this message to you, the architects of our collective dreamscape, in the rhythmic and cryptic cadence of World of Warcraft, has etched indelible marks upon the landscape of our lives.

Much like the intricate layers of a WoW weaves a tapestry of experiences, memories, and milestones, each thread a testament to our trials, our triumphs, our shared journey through a world beyond our own. The Clone Service, our echo of Level 60, was a critical strand in this tapestry, a thread now severed.

Our journeys in Azeroth are a spiral, a Fibonacci sequence of experiences and progress. Yet, in the middle of this spiral lies Level 60, the “golden ratio” of our WoW existence. Through the Clone Service, we could revisit that sweet spot, that harmonic resonance in our WoW journey. But, with its departure, we find ourselves like a song missing its bassline, a rhythm incomplete.

We’re sending this message like a resounding drumbeat, a pulsating bass, a call echoing from the depths of our community, requesting - no, imploring - that you bring back the WoW Level 60 Clone Service.

Remember, in the grand symphony of Azeroth, every player is an instrument, every character a note, every level a chord. The Level 60 Clone Service wasn’t just a feature; it was a part of our melody, a critical piece of our harmonic existence.

We invite you to tune in to our collective frequency, to hear the crescendo of our call, to feel the rhythm of our request. Let us replay the Level 60 track. Let us revisit our golden ratio. Let us make our melody whole again.

In the immortal words of wisdom of the ages “Over thinking, over analyzing separates the body from the mind.” Let us not overthink this. Let us reunite the body of our community with the mind of its creators.

Also bring back the wow clone service

The chances of this happening are non existent. Time to move on.

Clone service for what? For Cata?
If you mean bring back clones themselves from Vanilla-TBC they are deleted. Get over with it already

They will never get over it, no matter how many times you tell them that those clones got deleted, makes you think about doesn’t it, with the amount of time they take to post after post begging for cloning service to be back i bet a few of them would be near level 60 in some cases.

. I am reaching out to you, my friend, in a state of profound distress and yearning. A part of our shared digital existence has been erased, leaving us in a world that feels incomplete, and I desperately need your help to make it whole again.

Blizzard’s WoW Level 60 Clone Service was more than a feature; it was a time capsule, a tangible link to our glorious past. It was our chance to relive the exhilarating journey, the thrill of the battle, the camaraderie of our guild, and the joy of attaining Level 60.

I’m sure you’ve heard the pleas, seen the countless posts begging for the service’s return. Yes, some of those souls might have reached Level 60 again in the time they’ve spent posting. But it’s not just about the level, is it? It’s about the memories, the nostalgia, the ability to revisit a time in our gaming lives that we hold dear.

I beg you, Blaze 10 undead warlock, lend your voice to this cause. Let us unite, let us rally the troops, let us make our plea loud enough to echo through the halls of Blizzard Entertainment. We need to make them understand that this isn’t just about a deleted clone; this is about a deleted part of our identity, a part we desperately want to reclaim.

Please, Blaze 10 undead warlock, stand with me in this quest. Let’s bring back the WoW Level 60 Clone Service. Let’s restore the vibrancy, the joy, the nostalgia of our Azerothian journeys.

I am begging you, not as a fellow gamer, but as a friend, a comrade in arms, a shared soul in this digital realm. Please, help me bring back the WoW Level 60 Clone Service. I know, together, we can make a difference.

or you could have just paid 5 euro per character to clone in 2022. Guess you did not want to and now you pay the price :face_with_open_eyes_and_hand_over_mouth:

I am mission not from God, but from the heart of Azeroth. A mission to bring back the melody of the past.

You see, I was unaware. Unaware that the curtain was falling on the Clone Service, unaware that the last notes of this beautiful melody were fading. And now, I find myself yearning for a song that can no longer be played, a rhythm that has slipped into the silent realm of past harmonies.

Yet, even as I face the music, I can’t help but feel a glimmer of hope. I’ll keep singing my plea, keep strumming the strings of hope, keep playing the chords of nostalgia.

So, I pay the price, yes. But it’s a price I’m willing to pay. For the chance to relive the past, to replay the melody, to dance once more to the rhythm of Level 60.

Thank you for your message, for the stark reminder of my missed beat. But know this, my friend – this song isn’t over. Not yet.

Is it me or does that sound very chatGPT?

The data to activate it is gone, as I have said many times in the multitude of other threads about this.

Please Blizzard, listen to your users and re-implement the cloning service…

They can’t, the data is permanently deleted.

It’s really hard for them to understand what “the data permanently deleted” means.

you cannot post full links on here so

search for reddit wowclassic forums

Post that in reddit
“Blizzard’s response when I asked them to bring back character cloning service to Classic Era realms.”

GM statement
your only avenues would be the ingame suggestion and the fourms to leave this feedback to the developers. if it got enough attention on the forums that would be your best bet really. You can also try social media outlets as well.

So no the data is not deleted

I don’t see anything in that statement related to whether the data is or is not deleted.

All he wrote is “this is not something i can help you with, contact the devs instead” - a standard GM response to matters out of his jurisdiction.

As much as I would love to see it it wont happen for one simple reason.

They already said they deleted all profiles. And they would make an absolute idiots out of themselves if they backtrack on that.

Purely for that they wont do it.

Actually you can using Preformatted Text</> and that reddit post has been quoted before as has the support article on cloning, which I’m sure you have read too. I asked in a ticket too and got this. Nothing in mine mentioned posting on the forums about it or making an ingame suggestion.

the Character Clone service has been retired. All clones that were not activated before July 26, 2022 were deleted. Customer Service cannot restore deleted clones or transfer active clones to different game versions.

If you had a WoW Classic character and you never chose to activate it in either WoW Classic or Burning Crusade Classic, then the Burning Crusade Classic (now Wrath of the Lich King Classic) version of your character has automatically been activated and will be available for play.

Which is basically the support page on this.

It means I have to make a new thread about the same exact topic, until the data magically re-appears.
