I got banned from diablo IV yesterday morning too. They say I’m using third party software, but I’ve never used it. They don’t say what program it is either. I sent a ticket, but their decision would not change. it doesn’t make sense. I don’t know how to prove it but I didn’t use anything and all my money wasted. It’s really hard to spend that money on a game in my country and I won’t be able to buy it again. Totally unfair.
