Blizzard need to clarify how the new HC servers will tie in with TBC when it arrives

So we know the new hardcore servers are tied to the new progressive servers. When you die you will be moved across to them should you wish to continue.

However, what happens once TBC comes out? Blizzard have stated that there will be no HC TBC which is a shame.

Will we be able to move our level 60 HC characters to the TBC realm and continue normal? Or will the new HC realm be consolidated with era?

This is something I think is important that they clarify as I would like to level on the HC realms during the vanilla phases but I would also like to play TBC.

I don’t want to invest in multiple characters under the assumption I can move them to TBC when it arrives only to find out they are going to be sent to era.

Will those HC characters be transferable to TBC when the time comes?

Maybe I’m oversimplifying here but if the new HC server is linked to the PvE fresh ERA server then it will certainly remain so even when era follows to TBC. The two servers will remain linked even though HC will remain capped at lvl 60.
We still have the current HC servers linked to the 2019 ERA servers so I doubt they’ll change the fresh HC servers affiliation.
