99% of mages are involved in selling gold, which they farm through dungeon boosts or AoE farming. The solution is to remove the slowing effect from Blizzard inside dungeons and raids. Normal players will still be able to deal damage, while gold sellers won’t be able to farm.
So punish players because bots exist? Mix it up with fake argument and here we go…
As much as I disagree with the OP, Blizzard punishes ALL players by deliberately doing nothing against BoTs and gold buyers. Punishment is already present in all cases, and this for everyone (well those who would like to play normally).
Nevertheless, small fixes should have been made since 2019 concerning Classic, a limited number of targets by the AoE of the mages for example.
Blizzard need to punish GOLD BUYERS and do it hard. A permanent ban for a first time offence is 100% okay - that will send a strong signal that your account is indeed in dange if you buy gold.
Today people are like bragging of buying gold - it is really sad
Maybe we could just ban the bots but oh well I guess Blizzard had to get rid of all the GMs to buy more yachts.
No good.
Ban the buyers and the bots disappear all by themselves.
Seems to me like buyers are 90% of players these days, that would cost too much revenue and reduce their yachts/hour ratio
Well, Blizzard could choose a server where they start banning gold buyers. Then we’d at least have the choice.
We deserve at least one clean server. And anyone who actually likes to pay for not having to play the game can do so on the rest of the realms.
Exactly lol → Blizzard’s go to argument. Deflect criticism, and focus on “bad behaved players”.
