I wasnt hyperboling in comparison to the hyperboling. If you cant respond to the message but only can say hyperbole, then dont respond. The reaction only proves i am right and you have no argument. Just don’t respond.
And for the record; there are complains about people going in TWW with 325 ilvl since that is the normal ilvl when you progress through leveling. And they complain now delves are too hard. But you have of course missed that.
All I read there was: Yes Tah, you were right, but I don’t want to admit that so I’m going to hammer on about something completely irrelevant.
But hey: If you’re so caught up about me saying it was hyperbole (which it was), while ignoring the rest of the reply, where I literally said I agree with your general sentiment, be my guest.
So you factually said nothing and better not responded.
There are factually people complaining about delves doing with friends while leveling and now complain they are too hard on a higher than T1 level. Factually.
I agree with you 100%. For me as a casual player who stopped doing normal/heroic raiding because of toxic behaviour - Delves is the most fun I’ve had in a long time. It’s currently my favourite piece of content. However, I do hope and wish for more complexity and variety in the future. So far its good, but it could be even better.
The Mage tower is like that, both iterations of it.
In legion when it released just before ToS it was hard, of course it didn’t scale your gear and stats so when the next raid released you could vastly overgear it.
The SL iteration does scale with gear and is still somewhat hard (it got nerfed, the first week it was harder).
Delves can be like that but the problem is that they provide a solo players way to get heroic raid ilvl gear. An 8 should be doable for anyone with a decent ilvl, which is 610ish + for what I was told.
For the others you can go up to 11 for the mount skin, and with the recent changes I bet an 11 is not easy. And for those that will undoubtedly say ‘it’s still too easyy!!’ well it shouldn’t be so hard that only sub 1% of the playerbase can complete it. There are other games for that.
There is way more difference from delve to delve than between tiers. There are good bad and ugly ones. Some delves are relatively easy, no matter the tier (jump out of telegraphed aoe and tunnel the boss, tier only increase the time of the fight). Some use unavoidable damage and kill-you casts on sub 24 cd and this really feels bad, as some classes have toolkit for such encounters, so they are trivial, while some don’t and it’s close to impossible on T11. There are also very hard and interesting fights, which are perfect for solo player encounter. Personally I’m in love with Ven’kex on high tiers and this is the kind of challenge I want to see in T11 solo delves. He is not spellbook reliant, but he is really hard, you absolutely need to interrupt the cast (on 30cd, so long interrupts are ok) and you can’t ignore any single mechanic, all were instadeath. However unavoidable damage is relatively low and nothing healing Brann can’t deal with. Saying this, I’m not sure how to properly balance it to T8- (personally, killed him only in T11, so not sure how he feels there). Tuning damage numbers won’t feel good, so, ideally more sofisticated approach to difficulty is needed (more time to interrupt cast, less traps in the room, easier to dodge aoe).
What are you even saying? did you even play the game?
They deleted ELITE generals from Delves so you no longer have any problem to go from start to finish.
The only way stoping your right now from farming T8 is YOU and only YOU
